I am dig · I am worthy

Believe in yourself.

See your own value, appreciate who you are, and grow into a better version of yourself. God loves you — so why not love yourself?

Why this name

I am. I am dig. I am enough.

IamDig is short for "I am dig" — a joyful way of saying I am worthy, I am valuable, I matter. It is something you say to yourself, out loud, on the good days and the hard ones. Too many people are turned down by others until they start to believe it. IamDig exists to turn that around: to help you see yourself the way you are truly seen — loved.

I am — worthy

IamDig is a simple statement: I am valuable, just as I am. Not because others approve, but because it is true.

Self-awareness first

Growth begins with seeing yourself clearly and kindly — your strengths, your story and your worth.
